My Cellulite Disappeared With These Free Products!

Hi, my name is Cindy, and I'm from California. I started this blog because I understand how feeling self-conscious about your cellulite can really affect your life, and how amazing it feels to finally look your absolute best. I want other women out there to know that I have been struggling with cellulite for years, and I have finally found a way to fight back. Hopefully my story motivates you to fight back against your cellulite, so you can get the same results as me (or better!).
Losing the cellulite has changed my life and I hope it can change yours, too. I’m not a doctor, dermatologist or medical expert – I’m just a woman who stumbled upon a special combination of two different products that works wonders when put together. This is my story.
How It All Began

I grew up in Santa Barbara, California and I used to LOVE to go to the beach. Although I never had a perfect body, I used to wear a bathing suit with confidence. However, once I graduated from college, I started to notice some dimpling and creasing of my skin on my upper thighs and around my butt. It wasn’t anything major at first, so I didn't take any precautions, and just forgot about it. Before I knew it though, the cellulite had taken over. The process was subtle enough for me not to notice until I took a good look in the mirror.

I still remember the exact day that I lost all of my confidence in wearing a bathing suit. Me, my husband, and my two kids were on vacation in San Diego for the weekend. I was in our hotel trying on a new bathing suit I had just bought. I looked at myself in the mirror and was completely taken aback by how noticeable my cellulite had become. I was too embarrassed and ashamed to go out like that, so I wrapped a sari around my waist and didn’t take it off the entire weekend.

It was from that trip that I vowed to do something about my cellulite. I couldn’t believe that I was only in my early thirties and ashamed of my body! Like most people, I thought exercise was the answer. I jogged, I lifted weights, I tried aerobics at my local gym, but even after losing about 8 pounds, my cellulite was still there!

Finally, I started doing some research online and discovered that cellulite develops because of high levels of estrogen (which is why men don’t get it), that it is mostly genetic, and that it's caused by poor elasticity in the skin. I also read that exercise usually doesn’t help because working out does not make your skin tighter. In fact, even skinny women can have cellulite (I’m sure you have seen plenty of celebrity tabloid pictures to prove it). It was at that point I stopped exercising so vigorously and focused on finding a medical solution to my problem.
Tackling the Cellulite Issue

I didn’t get lucky right off the bat. I went through a ton of products over the years, starting with ones I found at my local pharmacy–-you know, the Neutrogena and Oil of Olay type products. I used them religiously and had no luck whatsoever. I then upgraded to specialty, more expensive products I got at the spa. I must have tried 5 or 6 different products (each of which carrying a price tag of $50 to $150!) and still no dice, just a lot more wasted money.

As a last resort, I started to research cosmetic surgery. It only took a little bit of research to find out that surgery was WAY too expensive for my budget. One surgeon wanted over $4000 for one treatment that wasn’t even guaranteed to remove my cellulite!

I was on the verge of giving up, ready to accept that I would never feel comfortable with the way my body looked again, when I happened to find a web article by Dr. Lionel Bissoon about skin rejuvenation that changed my life.

In the article, Dr. Bissoon was touting the benefits of antioxidants, peptides, and nutrients and their effects on tightening skin safely and naturally. Dr. Bissoon explained that cellulite, like wrinkles, is caused by poor elasticity in the skin. When your skin loosens over age, you start to get that dreaded “cottage cheese” look that so many struggle with.

Armed with this new information from Dr. Bissoon, I decided to shop around online for products that were high in antioxidants and peptides. I found a few products online that claimed to be high in nutrients and antioxidants, plus they had free trials (I just had to pay for shipping which was like $5 or something) and so I tried them one at a time. The first two were utter failures, which to be honest was what I expected at the point.

However, after using the third product (Rejuvinx) for just 5 days I started to see improvement. I wasn’t sure if it was my imagination or what but I thought I might be onto something. After those first 5 days, though, nothing happened… the progress didn’t go away, but it kind of stood still.

I was about to finally throw in the towel on the internet products when I saw a Barbara Walters special about something called resveratrol that was supposed to be an anti-aging break through that a Harvard study had said “could arguably be the biggest medical discovery since antibiotics.” According to the Barbara Walters special and a number of reports in newspapers like the New York Times, resveratrol was being hailed as something of an anti aging miracle, helping everything from cellulite to weight loss. One of the doctors on the special specifically mentioned how the high level of antioxidants in the resveratrol helped eliminate fat deposits and keep skin tight and healthy. I knew Barbara Walters was a reputable, trustworthy source, and I also felt comfortable listening to the guests on her show who were Harvard doctors recommending resveratrol. Watching the special, I learned that resveratrol comes from the skin of grapes, is one of the most powerful naturally occurring anti-oxidants and that it is commonly found in red wine. It was being featured on 60 minutes just the other day because in tests with animals it has increased lifespan by as much as 50%! I know it sounds too good to be true, but it’s for real, and that’s why it has been getting so much media attention.
